Liberty’s “$25,000 Guaranteed Financing” is provided for franchisees, in complete compliance, having completed their first year and prepared at least 500 federal returns. Whether Liberty extends additional financing depends on the availability of funds, the creditworthiness and compliance of the franchisee, the purpose and the tax preparation market.
