What we do

Sandler Training is based on reinforcement training. Changing people’s attitudes and behaviors and their total mastery of a new selling methodology is not a “quick fix” solution that happens in a one-day seminar or an eight-week course. Using its unequalled network of 235 Sandler franchises in the U.S.A., Canada and 25 other countries, Sandler solutions range from a single-site company with a few sales professionals serving local clientele to a global enterprise with thousands of professionals serving different geographic and business vertical markets. Sandler’s extensive curriculum covers sales, management and leadership training, executive coaching and other programs tailored to individual client needs.

Leadership

Sandler Training is headed by CEO David Mattson and President Bruce Seidman. Other key executives include Ron Taylor (Vice President-Franchise Development), Michael Norton (Executive Vice President-Global Accounts), Tony Gostomski (Vice President-Finance), Shannon Haaf (General Counsel), Steve Howell (Vice President-Operations), Margaret Stevens Jacks (Executive Vice President-Legal and Administration), Rachel Miller (Vice President-Communications and Publications), and Jesse Jordan (Director-Information Technology).

Eight days of initial training are provided in Baltimore. Tri-annual conferences with all franchisees in Baltimore, Las Vegas, and Paris. Regional training in your area. Assigned coach in the home office to communicate with on an 800 line.
