Richard has been a great resource for our mailing business. He taught us how to process mailing lists, address pieces to be mailed and tricks of the trade to reduce postage costs as much as possible for our customers. He is extremely knowledgeable in the postal industry. Sometimes our local post office would call us to ask how something should be done because they knew we had a source who had the answers. We have worked with Rich and Carol for more than ten years and have found them to be reliable, timely, reasonably priced and willing to share their knowledge. Interestingly enough, our local Post Office began recommending new customers to us since they knew we would do the customer’s mailing correctly.
