Cory explains, “Primarily I was looking for something which was service orientated, I wanted to interact with people and I had some customer service background...and I really enjoy working with people! The opportunity seemed to be good in this area particularly because my office was nearby and when I wanted to ship something I really had to go out of my way.”
“I went to Las Vegas and seen some of the stores that The Mail Box Stores had set up and they were really nicely arranged, the store owners knew what they were doing. I like the idea that this is sommething I can do with very few employees, it's a 'high touch' type of business – you get to see your customers, you get to know them, if you take care of them they come back and I like that model.”
“I love owning my own business, it's awesome. The creative energy and hardwork that I put into my work actually belongs to me rather than someone else. I like that a lot.”
