Pump It Up created the indoor inflatable center industry in 2000 by moving inflatable recreation from backyards and fairgrounds into a safe and comfortable private indoor party facility. The concept was so successful that Pump It Up began franchising it in 2003 and now has over 170 franchised party facilities either open, looking for locations or under development.
